J	Jenn Finan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the only sign on the building is for Northtown Auto, there are actually 4 dealers working out of this address so be aware of who and which company you are dealing with. I asked to see a Ford Fusion that I'd seen on Autotrader.ca after test driving another car. Outside it looked good but as soon as I tried to turn the wheel to pull out of the spot, I could not move it more than 1 inch. I immediately went inside to tell both gentlemen who were there what had happened but neither seemed interested and just basically shrugged. I have since been told that I did not speak to the actual dealer for that car but rather two of his associates. I do not blame Northtown for my bad customer service experience, however, this is still a major issue with his dealership's car and since the other car that I actually test drove that day had major transmission issues, I am left wondering about the quality of any cars offered for sale at this address, Northtown's or not. Note to Gary: Thank you for your message clarifying which dealership had which car. I have now posted a review regarding my experiences with the other dealership and revised this one so that it is factually accurate.

I got an engine light for oxygen sensor after two days on my Acura MDX and Gary assured me to replace that if the intermittent engine light comes again. This builds the trust on a dealership and peace of mind for your vehicle lifetime.

However it seems that one of the mechanics didn't secure the bumper/wheel guard securely as it flew off on the highway. I was very worried but decided to talk to Gary about it. He ordered a replacement the same day and he had it in 2 days. I went back to get it installed for free, and I decided to ask if he could replace my winters with my summer I had in my trunk, and he agreed without any hesitation and did it for free. The main thing was I needed this car to pass SAAQ inspection in Montreal, and it did no problem. I recommend Northtown Auto and Gary

He was a great guy and he took the time to explain everything about the car to me. After some time talking over with Gary about the car I was confident to make a purchase with him. A few days after I purchased the car from Gary I did run into dash light in my car. I called Gary right away and he told me to come by the same day. Gary was able to fix the light and I have been on the road with my new car over a month now without any issues. Great dealership and great service!!!! Highly recommended!!!

The car was cleaned, washed, and fully safetied. My only issue is that once I went to pick it up, I noticed some marks on the bumper that had been touched up with the wrong colour paint. These marks weren't visible when I purchased the car due to the snow, slush, and ice, and this section wasn't shown in the ad listings. However, once I noticed, Gary immediately offered to make it right by repainting my bumper at my convenience for a great price. The shop also touched up a few little marks along the top of my doors and removed some stickers that were on my window at no extra cost. Gary has always been available when I needed him, and has been great to work with. I appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction, and recommend Northtown to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
