By far the best place to go, for wheels, tires and installation. It's been a long time since I have seen an operation like this. Very refreshing. Customer service and quality service at its BEST! Will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for rims and tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Braidan Wheel and Tire in Markham to have new, high end Michelin's installed. They were able to source the tires I wanted, when my other tire shop could not. For some reason, I needed to get the tires rebalanced, however they offered to do this at no charge. The owner reached out to gather feedback on this. You can tell they care about their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service. I ordered new winter tires through Braiden a few weeks in advance. When I dropped my car off, they started working on it immediately and were done in less than an hour.
In comparison to Costco, their price is slightly higher but at least you don't need to deal with long lines.
I'm not sure if Braiden torqued my nuts. But I torqued them once I got home just to be safe - as I do after anyone changes my tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide fast, friendly, and quality service. I brought the car in for an oil change but forgot to ask them to switch out my winter tires to the regular ones, but they're mind readers! Or perhaps they're very practical and changed them out for me just because it made sense.

I had another company install my brand new tires and they shook at highway speeds of 100Km and over so I took my truck to Braiden Tire and they took the time to check the truck over and balance the wheels properly. No more shake! They weren't out to gouge me on other items which is how i felt using the previous company! Very pleased to find a quality auto shop with friendly staff that I will use for more than just tires in the future.
