★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst clinic service ever... i went for a blood test... they made me faint by doing it in the wrong way... i have never in my life once fainted during a blood test before this one.
very very bad service at the front desk. staff doesnt know how to talk to patients properly... they are rude in their dealings... front desk lacks manners completely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here 3x and to be honest had no issues at all. The wait time was reasonable and doctor was very attentive and pharmacy was amazing. Receptionist can be more friendly but hey who is judging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is Dr. Chanduri. She's great! The only issue is her availability.
Receptionists need be bit more consistent with their policies. 2 of them let me cancel on the day of my appointment, 1 did not. Also 1 out of the 3 receptionists I dealt with had a bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed by the front staff and Dr.Chanduri. Rude is an understatement, I was simply taken aback by the lack of professionalism and willingness to help a patient. Dr.Chanduri keeps dodging all your questions and is not accommodating at all. The front staff have a serious communication issue. Definitely not going back again. Should’ve read the reviews before going here as they’re consistently poor seeing that a lot of people have had similar issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this clinic three times. This has been my WORST experience at a clinic ever. They have terrible manners and on the phone they are very abrupt. Dr. Chunduri is extremely rude and doesn’t seem to understand basic “bedside manners”. After three visits she did not help me AT ALL with any of my concerns and was more interested in giving me drugs and shots than finding the root of the problem. She actually walked out of one of my appointments without so much as a word because she thought we were done, never giving me the chance to ask any of my questions. DO NOT GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the strangest experience I've had with a doctors office. There is a serious lack of professionalism when dealing with patients. If you so much as miss a call from this office they get incredibly angry and rude with you. This has happened to me on more than 1 occasion and even for calls I wasn't expecting. I'm quite certain nobody walks around with their phone in their hand 24 hours a day but they certainly expect you to. It's easy to see the culture of the work environment is toxic and unhealthy just by the way staff behave, positive changes are needed here.
