I am in the market for a new truck and just visited the sales lot out of curiosity.
Nadine showed me around the inventory and answered all of my questions right there and now .
I realy like the non pushy sales atmosphere at that Ford dealership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for a dealership. Better than what it was 10 years ago.
Got my truck in for a final service. Charged for the final "peace of Mind" inspection, which I thought was bogus, since it was still on the FMPP and Extended Warranty that I purchased. I asked for synthetic oil and got semi synthetic... not a huge deal but still shows that they don't REALLY listen.
Not sure what the future holds for me.

It is rare to encounter such a genuine person in this industry, but Nadine is just that. I would highly recommend North Star Ford, and Nadine in particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great repairs were good. But when you spend over 3000 on repairs & tires and add 100 for detailing you would think that they could vacuum under mats and back window ledge. Cleaning if the windows there were smudges also only cleaned parts of the vents was not happy with there detailing at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking at an F150 in the lot when Matt came out with the keys and offered me a better look. He was courteous and polite and answered all my questions. After he showed me some of the key features on the lariat he took me to his office and performed a needs assessment that apparently North Star Ford encourages. Based on my needs assessment it appeared as though the less expensive ranger could be a better fit. (Weird that a sales guy would encourage me to get a less expensive truck but okay). Anyways I took both for test drives and I don't know which one to get, but when I've made my decision I'll be back to order through Matt. It was nice that he didn't try to pressure me into making a decision on the spot and wants to put me in the best truck for me not for his commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my husband, we were just shopping around. We met Sammy, and he was great!! He listened to us and made us feel very comfortable. Even though we were only shopping around he gave us great options with out trade in and he helped us choose the perfect veichle. We got a bronco sport and can’t wait for it to come. We also met a few of the other team members and they were all amazing!!
