★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its never a comforting experience to have to have service when you are out of your country. Well thats what happened to me. My Class B RV has a Promaster 3500 chassis and I felt it was having some issues. I wanted to have peace of mind, and a safe rig, for my upcoming Alaskan adventure. I had already driven 5 thousand miles on the trip. Cochrane Dodge was the only service dept that could get me in within a couple days. From the time i arrived until the time i left i was treated very well. Melisa was my service agent, Ogi was my technician and they both kept me informed of progress. Doug, in parts, helped me choose the perfect tires and made sure i knew where all the amenities were while i was in the waiting area with my dog. I now feel confident that my 3 month trip throughout Alaska will go smoothly because of the outstanding service!
I would not hesitate recommending them to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the dealership after I had an issue with my emergency brake not releasing. I had shown this to other dealers in the past, but they were unable to identify the problem. The service team was very professional and prompt in understanding the issue and diagnosing it.
Professional, Courteous and fairly priced, this service department hit all of the boxes when it comes to providing a service, keeping it professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a refreshing experience that meets expectations.

Dean in Sales made sure to go above and beyond to ensure everything was ready to go and made sure my experience was a memorable one. He was incredibly informative on the vehicle I decided to purchase. Tanner in Finance made understanding payments and setting everything up, stress-free through being incredibly thorough in going over statements. I would recommend them, they were knowledgeable, patient, friendly and easy to work with. There was no pressure to purchase. Kudos to the entire team! I would recommend Cochrane Dodge!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time taking my vehicle here and they exceeded my expectations.
The service manager, Adam, was great to deal with and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. He even helped to diagnose/locate a couple of the issues we were having before it went into the shop. He really went the extra mile to ensure everything was in order and we were taken care of.
I also dealt with Doug in parts who was able to find the tires I needed when no one else could (I contacted five other places and they were unable to locate them).
Totally worth getting out of the City to get your vehicle serviced here. In the future, when were in the market, we will be sure to check in with the Sales team as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. Andrew Gebbie and Tanner Deitz were both amazing to deal with and really helped make this buying decision easy. Andrew took the time to listen to what I wanted, the reasons why I was thinking of changing vehicle and took the time to go through the inventory to see what would suit my needs! He didn’t pressure me or rush me into making a decision. He actually offered me a couple of options but in the end the car I bought was the first one he showed me, which demonstrated that he had listened to me from the beginning. Tanner then made the financing side of it very simple and he even took the time to go through credit ratings and my credit report which made me aware of a few things which are very helpful. This experience was fantastic and I would happily recommend Cochrane Dodge to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Compared to some of the experiences I had encountered the previous day at several dealerships across the city, this level of service was in another league and even better, I bought local! Thank you Andrew and Tanner for a great experience ?

Damian Lexington went out of his way to find a solution for me, make me feel confident I was not alone in my circumstance and assure me that every possible effort would be made to get me on my way!!
Chris the technician was amazingly efficient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He knew right away what needed to be done and knew exactly what to tell me to keep the problem from reoccurring!
The friendly, genuinely concerned and extremely helpful attitude of these two employees is the reason I an giving the highest possible rating to Cochrane Dodge Service, without a doubt!!!
They are truly a step above the rest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In March 2021 I decided to get a new vehicle and went to Cochrane Dodge to see what options I had to trade in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I had great experiences with their service department from before and one time I had a Dodge Durango GT as a service loaner so I thought to look into getting one of those. Luckily for 2021 Dodge gave the Durango's interior a complete upgrade and it was love at first sight. Andrew, our sales representative was very helpful and even found a matching vehicle to my needs in Ontario but by the time we decided to proceed with purchase that vehicle was sold so went with a factory order. Andrew kept me up to date with the order and the vehicle after 2 weeks was already built and a few weeks later in early April we picked it up. Overall my experience with Cochrane Dodge was very pleasant, everybody was very helpful and nice during the whole process which was very easy and trouble free. I look forward to seeing them in the future when it comes to my next upgrade.
