G	Gerard Beaulieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was delivered less than original quote price. I had a quote from a local competitor garage for brakes and front end work for an older car. The price looked high and when I searched the brakes on google, the markup was 100%. I had good service from the OK crew for tire work in the past and I decided to get a second quote for the brakes and front work with Colin. Colin quoted me substantially lower than the competitor with a work scope that was realistic for a 19 year old car. To top it off, some of the actual part prices came in less than quoted price so Colin passed the savings onto me. I am always on the lookout for value car service. I do not trust dealerships as they will completely hose you and I question many places. I am so impressed with OK tire that I would recommend to anyone that wants to listen to my ramblings. Ask for Colin.
J	Jerry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a tire shop. They worked with me to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. They had the tire I needed in stock, which was refreshing to see. I happened to bring in a loose wheel (already separated from the vehicle) and they were able to get it finished the same afternoon. I will likely go back. The only bad thing is there is very limited parking. It would be nice if they could move to a place that can facilitate more parking.

I brought my old car in for an out-of-province inspection and they found a bunch of problems with it and fixed everything getting it into perfect condition including a new set of tires. I've since brought my other vehicles in for new tires and tune-ups. I trust them and the prices are very reasonable. There's also a good restaurant right across the street to get some good food while you're waiting.
C	Cheryl Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a flat in Lake Louise on Wednesday and called CAA to help. Shout out to CAA and our guy from Banff for his work and timeliness. After, we asked that gentleman where to go to get our situation resolved as we are from the US and still traveling about 2000 more miles, and he said OK Tires. We decided to wait until we were in Cochrane since Banff didn't have anyone to help. We checked and saw OK was closed on Sunday, so to avoid unhooking the RV, we stopped at Canadian Tire- never again as they wouldn't work on rv's, much less work on just the flat tire. So we called this morning, afraid they wouldn't deal with rv tires either. We were very pleased to get an appointment today and get our tires completely checked and ready to go. Dallas was genuinely a great guy and went beyond what was needed to assure we would be safe. Thanks Dallas and thank you OK Tires! We are very grateful.
N	Nicole Seddon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s hit or miss really. To have your already rimmed tires put on for whatever season (winters or summers) they are efficient in providing this service. For my oil change it was a basic service, and I paid around about 146 with synthetic oil. I purchased rims here, told the gentleman on the phone I wanted multi spoke black rims. He said the ones that would look the best where actually the ones in which cost less. After the install I saw these exact rims in the Canadian tire flyer (very disappointed), saw they charged me 25$ more per rim (150 plus tax). If I wanted basic rims I woulda went to Canadian tire but I thought OK Tire would of had better quality and I had the money to spend. The rims look cheap and I do regret that purchase. I look at my rims everyday before getting into my car and try to convince myself that they look ok. All purchases done in 2020, rim purchase was in April 2021

Dropped off the tire on a Monday morning around 9 (not pre-booked) and they were glad to help. They had it repaired quickly, called me to let me know it was done and had it back on my car before lunch that day all at a very reasonable cost. I appreciate the prompt professional service and will definitely consider using them for other services they offer.
