I have specific food restrictions (mostly GF) and have loved the variety of foods available here. Some of my favourites include the veggie lasagna, coconut and white rum shrimp and dip, and the vegan risotto. From the way their meals are prepared, frozen, and packaged, we need to support more health- and environmental-conscious businesses like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just attended my first online cooking class with Nia. So much fun! What a great way to meet new people, while learning new recipes under the expert guidance of Nia. In today's class, we made Seafood Risotto, Prosciutto and Figs Roses, and Torta Mimosa. Soooo delish! And thanks to Nia's easy to follow tips, every dish turned out as if it had been prepared by a high-end expert chef. For those who live in Cochrane, Nia prepares all the ingredients for you, you pick them up at her store, and then all you have to do is to put it all together following the instructions that she gives you during the class. But you can join even if you live in another province, like me. Nia sent me the list of ingredients and instructions prior to the event, and I prepared and portioned everything the day before. I highly recommend taking one of Nia's Gourmet online cooking classes to everyone, especially now since there isn't much else to do and we don't get many chances to socialize with others anyway. Can's wait for the next lesson in May!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. The food taste good, lots of variety and the staff is friendly. My wife and I in particular really like the “Wild Boar” pasta sauce with the pasta they offer there. Tastes really good! We tend to buy some and keep it in the freezer for nights when we are feeling lazy, don’t want to cook but want eat something healthy. If you haven’t check this place out you should!
