She was also exceptionally patient with us during the purchase process, even when we peppered her with questions. We have experienced other Realtors, and Debbie out-did them and much more. We had only a few days here to find ourselves a house to purchase..Debbie was amazing, she took all of our requests and then immediately took us viewing homes. She listened to what we were looking for and was able to find us the perfect place. Within just 3 days we had found our home and a new friend, she was very helpful with everything. An amazing, friendly, outgoing, hard working woman who I would highly recommend. When we finally moved here from Ottawa she called several times to check in on us and to see if there was anything a "friend" could do to make our transition to Cochrane easier..We love Debbie

In the midst of a Covid pandemic they sold a townhouse in Calgary in under 90 days AND brokered an amazing purchase on a Cochrane acreage being privately sold by owner. There were a few hiccups with closing on either ends and they expertly helped us navigate through them. They were reassuring, considerate and supportive through out the entire process and most importantly got the job done!!!!
