★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was passing through Cochrane after landing from a trip at YYC. My truck had sat in -30 weather and was having troubles starting. I went in to NAPA and bought a replace battery. The guys were super friendly, let me loan a socket wrench set so I could do the replacement right there in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I shorted the electrical system and was having troubles with display systems and getting the truck to fire up. I ended up spending almost 5 hours in the parking lot and warming up inside. All the employees helped me trouble shoot the problem and ultimately helped me start the truck, so I could get it to a shop to get it looked at. The next day the shop came back and said I just needed a specific fuse to solve the problem. NAPA had the part and things came full circle! Thanks a ton guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I constantly hunt for the best deals, having a Audi and VW you have to, but you have to research your car’s parts! This isn’t a dealer, don’t treat them like they should know everything about YOUR vehicle.
I can get everything locally here for the same if not better than online retailers, to do my maintenance, especially for EU vehicles.
LiquiMoly, Febi Bilstein, Pentosin, MANN, Bosch, Zimmerman, Akebono, etc... all available.
But I would like to see more LiquiMoly products available via website, my only suggestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly employees, good prices. Being a car enthusiast I come in here almost weekly. However there is one employee who gets my order wrong almost %100 of the time, and doesn't seem to care about customers at all. Being a regular I know who to wait for but I would hate for new or one time customers to get this gentleman. I've spoken with many of my enthusiast friends and I am not the only one with this opinion, either way thanks and keep up the good work to everyone else!

I drive a Chevrolet Optra. It is not a very popular vehicle so it can be difficult to find parts for it. After looking at several of the other larger shops in the area, not only did I not find the part that I was looking for, but also I didn't get assisted by anyone.
When I walked into NAPA they said hello to me right away as soon as I got there. There was even a friendly dog to great everyone.
The cabin air filter that I was looking for was not in stock at this location, but the employee took a minute to look it up for me and saw that they had one in stock at the Airdrie location. The price here was competitive with the price that it would cost for me to order online + shipping.
I was able to pay for the filter right away and sure enough I got a call the next morning that I could go in and pick it up. The only hard part about this whole thing was getting the 4-bolts in and out to take off the cover plate under the glove-box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. They're also not a corporate store so you're actually supporting the local guy. Slightly better pricing than NAPA stores, and they seem to stock less readily available items. Sometimes worth the drive out to get the part if you want to get ice cream too.
