Pretty good place overall to get an oil change. Usually the line moves pretty fast and you get in and out. Typical like most other similar establishments trying to upsell you. There are usually coupons for this chain if you like to save money on their website

Central 800 number when calling any location. Originally referred to a local location ... only to be surprised there wasn't enough staff to actually change my oil. Relatively displeased, I decided to try again on my next oil change. Central 800 - no real assistance factoring in my recent ordeal. However, the local Manager was pretty helpful after a call back from another manager from another location. Be prepared for 'the upsell' wherever possible. Good service - pretty straight forward to change oil/filter

They didn't seem to enthused when I brought my own oil and filter to use, I don't recognize the brands they carry, so I don't trust them.

I was in town for some work today and stopped by to get an oil change. I was helped by a young young named Scott and he was probably the most polite young man I have ever met. Keep up the good work guys!

My initial opinion was pretty mixed. The service was quick but the cost was pretty high. Ultimately that was my mistake for not confirming what “had been done last time” when my boyfriend had gotten oil changed there before. I was pretty shocked by the price. My complaint was just a lack of transparency overall but I wasn’t that upset, I think we all expect a bit of that from these kinds of places. I was a little grumpy as I left but mostly just because the guy outright ignored my concern and just walked away, not even a fake professional apology. I asked to talk to the manager and then decided it wasn’t worth it and just got in the car. I was just going to take note for next time and ask for a more reasonable type of oil. I pulled out of the place and parked just outside to figure out how to reset the oil light. (Maybe they should have asked about that but it didn’t bother me much) They must have thought I was pretty upset because the manager came out and asked if everything was ok. He ended up giving me a refund for the difference. Perhaps it was just because I sat there so long trying to figure out the stupid electronic oil light reset that he thought I was seriously upset but regardless it was nice that he made an effort to improve my experience when he thought I was really upset.

Pros: fast and offers a drive thru Cons: I was completely taken advantage of on pricing, and feel very frustrated. As indicated in the coupon attached, they offered three service levels, "Good " - "Better" and "Best". They told me upon my service that with my vehicle, I would only be able to choose the "Better" or "Best" option. I said I would like the "better" option. And even pointed to the choice I wanted on the physical coupon - which was the mid tier option called "better", the guy that checked me in seem to understand that, but when I checked my receipt I saw they had charged me for the "best" level. My husband tried to call in and discuss this with them but their customer service is appalling and they doubled-down on themselves, claiming that when I said I wanted "better" that meant I wanted the "better" of the two options I had which was "best" not the better - mid tier level, despite how they mislead me. If you choose to visit this location I highly recommend clearly laying out the option you are going with, and ensure there is clarity and asking to view the bill BEFORE you pay to protect yourselves. Hopefully, this review will save someone else from having a similar unfortunate experience.
