The nail polish smudged less than 3 hours after the appointment and some chipped off on the top. Nail lady also left some of my old nail polish on my foot and it is showing on the edges of my toes under the new color.
A	Amanda Rishna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT go here. I wish I could give 0 starts. I've gotten my nails done in many places around Canada and this place is by far the WORST place. They treated me as someone who's never gotten nails done before. I got a regular pedicure and they asked me to wait for 20 minutes to dry. They didn't even help me to wear my shoes and it smudged. The nail lady put the blame on me right away saying it was my fault. They didn't exfoliate, treat calluses, and didn't even massage but I had to pay the full price. I think the nail lady was inexperienced. Their towels and equipment are unhygienic. A luxury could turn into a nightmare very easily at this place.
N	Nathalie Vachon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, clean, friendly staff. My only complaint (and it's a big enough one) is that I paid for a mani/pedi with extensions. The pedicure was great, but the manicure felt rushed (nails aren't even and some are even crooked, spots that aren't fully covered, etc) and she only focused on the extensions and dip, never once cleaned up my nail beds or cuticles, no little hand massage (and let's face it - that's half the reason I wanted a mani). I went with a girlfriend of mine, she got a mani as well and same thing with her girl, only focused on the nail coloring AND she was accidentally cut by her technician. I probably won't be returning to this location.

Jennifer is who I go to as she gets me out of my comfort zone when it comes to nail colors and designs. Here are my Halloween nails that I found using Google search:)
L	LK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy with my experience here! They were able to fit me in on the weekend with such short notice on my behalf. My nails look fantastic and they're very well done. My nail tech (Vee) even tried the polish I chose on her to make sure I'd be happy with the colour. Overall great experience, and I found the price really good. The front desk workers are very pleasant also.
