We were having problems with our tower. Service person came out promptly and said we would receive a quote. Never called back. I left messages 3 times including with the president. Nothing

If I could give a lower rating I would. Set up two appointments to install internet for us and not only do they not show up when they promise they will, they also refuse to return calls or even answer when you call, text or email. Do not waste your time.

Absolutely horrible service. Not even a courtesy call to say the tech couldn't make it until 2 hours after said appointment time and it was a text message. Then try to rwbook confirmed several times because they don't know how to look at a calendar to figure out what date is correct. Confirm not once but several times throughout the week for a second appointment and oh look at that, again a no show and no call. Unreliable, unprofessional, extremely poor customer service. Someone needs to teach proper management skills and customer service techniques.

We had an installer come to our home Oct. 2021 the most ignorant, condescending, unprofessional I have ever dealt with. He started by putting a whole in our wall a foot up from the floor. Then when my husband asked him not to put it there, he snubbed him and said that's we're it is going. Now my husband had a heart attack so will not argue. But once I got back to the house I had to down right tell him that is not were we want it and he will move it. He did it but differently not willingly. He was rude the rest of the time he was there.

Horrible. First they missed a scheduled appointment but didn't contact me until days later via text saying they'd come the next day. Again didn't show. No reply to my text asking for a new date. I've been calling the company and am only sent to voicemail. You should avoid this company and urge your internet provider to cease hiring them.
