They used to be a verry good place to get the equipment fixed. But lately they are terrible at returning you calls and win you ask for a manager you are told that there is no one to talk to. This is not how you should do business. I am even considering going to another company.

From Day 1 Shannon in Sales provided excellent Customer Service to me regarding my Pegasus Pro Scooter Then Darryl Tim and Mark in Service Again Excellent Service I would recommend Advanced Mobility Products and InvaCare to Anyone and Everyone in Need of A Mobility Product I can personally go on record to Affirm that the Place Go out if their way to Treat you Right !

1-:Very good and kindly staff. Thanks jefry for helping me for wheelchair charger and quick service. 2- this is my second experience. The manual chair i purchased was under warranty and for a broken part , still waiting for 3 weeks just part to be delivered. I don't know how they justify the delay and are not considering how the chair is vital for a disabled person.

Everyone who wrote a negative review on this place is absolutely correct. First time I came in, the cashier took forever to print me a receipt for something i bought since she was learning the software. After fiddling around with the software, it was then found out that the printer was out of paper. I think I waited 10 minutes just for a receipt. In my 2nd dealing with them, I got a tech over to diagnose a defective item at home. He left without telling me what was needed. A week later, I had to call in and ask what the status was of this work order. I was informed that a spare part had to be ordered so I paid it down and waited patiently for the next phone call. No one contacted me about the status of the part and it has been over a month. I don't know what's going on with this company but I assume there is a total breakdown in the communication between employees and management and no one cares enough to sit down, have a chat and fix things. I also heard from another senior's experience that the business is so chaotic that they forgot to charge for his $1500 wheelchair and its been over 2 years!

Advanced Mobility has always gone out of their way to help me with my medical equipment. They are always ready and able to help whenever I need them, even when it's an emergency. For as long as they keep up with their customer service to help their customers I will keep going back to them for all my medical needs. Plus, they have an amazing head technician

RUN!!!! I'm sure everyone is doing their best but I've had a lot of big problems with this company. I think it's best for everyone to know that they're owned by an American company. Perhaps that has a factor in how they operate. My credit card was charged thousands of dollars without even contacting me and they're trying to get me to pay for a mistake they are responsible for. I'm afraid I might have to involve the police in discussing fraudulent charges. They sold me a chair that has been a lemon from the start and wouldn't consider returning to the manufacturer. I've since learned that the ministry is no longer providing that model. I could go on. They try hard in an extremely difficult industry but business is business. No company ever has a right to take your money without authorization especially when the monies charged were on account of Advanced Mobility's employee error. I couldn't make this stuff up! And to whatever entity suggested that I contact Bobbi can save it. I've summoned meetings with Bobbi Lopez, the accountant and their head tech Mark. It was just another case of deflection and apologies. I feel for the staff. They've been trying their best but I'm afraid that's not always enough when you're dealing with equipment that disabled people must absolutely have immediately, not 8 months ago (been waiting for my lift to be repaired. They gave me a loaner with a hand control that didn't work. When I begged for a different loaner I was told that they only have two. It's a miracle that an American company who has been awarded a contract from the Canadian government yet doesn't serve the needs of our disabled Canadian people). If another anonymous entity wants to continue to defend and deflect Advanced Mobility I beg them to give me their contact information. Let's get transparent. For all of you others with similar disappointments I implore you to share your experiences so others have an idea of who they're dealing with. I'm not trying to get people in trouble, Advanced Mobility just needs to wake up!

Advanced Mobility is one of the best. Staff are always very polite and helpful. First time I went there based on my friends suggestion and then I became a permanent customer. ***Branch manager, Bobbi was really helpful.*** Lots of space for you to sit down while they are working on the wheelchair. Prices are reasonable and they don't charge you like other places. After their service, the performance of my father's power wheelchair was totally beyond my expectation. Love it. Although I live in Richmond, I would like to go to this service center. Highly recommended. Thank you!
