He had been an installer and clearly knew his product and what would work best in our small downstairs bathroom. James, the installer was efficient, fast, informative, and showed us what he was doing as he went along. He did an excellent job. The admin team in the office kept us informed by phone calls and email messages . I can't say enough about how good our experience was. And the company's products and their work has a warranty.

Everything looks great so far, but we didn't use the tub/shower yet, so I guess we will find out how it really works after use. I would have given 5 stars and the reason I didn't is because of the tub I chose. The sales person who came to my place was experienced in this matter, but I wasn't, so everything was new for me and she talked sooo fast. I chose a tub, not knowing that it was curved so it would be taking more space in my small bathroom and she didn't tell me about the curve, otherwise I would have chosen a flat one, I only realized on the installation day (today). It looks beautiful and modern, but I sure would have chosen something else if I was explained properly. Customer service phone calls was probably 3 stars for me. BUT my installer who was Chino was amazing, he deserves a 5 star and more. He is professional, polite, on time, working hard and did great and I'm so grateful that he was my installer today. He most definitely should be a sales person in this company since he did the installation, he can be a great sales person and he can help customers to make an informed decision when choosing products. He knows the details that the sales person didn't even mention, for example regarding the pop-up stopper, which also I would have chosen differently if I knew. I really hope Bath Fitter pays him well for his over and beyond work ethics. Thank you Chino for the great service. I wish the best for you.
O	Oliver Hately on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual product they installed is nice enough, but poor choices they made during the installation, and some sloppy handling of my plumbing, have caused me a bunch of extra work to do now. Not the seamless easy experience they try and sell you on. Not worth the money you spend at all.

Chino was on time, super courteous, very clean and organized, and patient with our 1970 challenges. He worked hard all day, gave such attention to detail and showed pride in his workmanship. The end result is truly a transformation. This was our only shower/bath in our home, so the convenience of having it done in a day was fantastic. I'm pretty picky, but even the transitions and seams are flawless. Gerald was the sales rep that came to our home....twice. He was very helpful and didn't try to upsell or pressure us. I recommend Chino and Bathfitter.

When I hire a contractor, I hope that they will complete the job as if it were in their own home. Chino took his time and made sure every detail was perfect, which was exactly the care and attention to detail I was hoping for. He was exactly on time and charming to boot. Rob, who completed the estimate, was also courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and wish I had another 70s bathroom for them to remodel.
C	Candice Grandy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three year ago had bath fitter replace my tub and surround. Very expensive but due to it being only tub and down time of one day opted for this choice. Looked very nice. But had leak from day one (as proven by damage to sub floor). Bath fitter said my fault for not maintaining silicone. If done right the silicone should have lasted lifetime. Bath fitter wouldn’t even come to see and they wrote me off instantly. Three plumbers later they finally found source was from poor product and install and none had anything nice to say about bath fitters product. Had huge leak through floor and down stairs after catastrophic failure occurred. Unprofessional response by bath fitter. If had to do over wouldn’t ever have used this product or company. Save yourself the hassle. Don’t believe the warranty. Update: I see your response. I had asked to speak with the owner due to the refusal to come and see the leak and left a voicemail which was never returned. After the first plumber said this was due to poor install of the product I called bath fitter again they refused to come and see. The bath fitter repair tech offered to have “our plumber come and see” which was Midland Plumbing who also stated that it was due to poor install and product. YOUR OWN PLUMBER! It took Midland three times and tons of silicone to identify and repair the leak. It now looks TERRIBLE but is at least leak free and I have just finally been able to repair the downstairs roof. Again to all who wish to use bath fitter. Don’t waste your money.
