★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have previously had a scooter fixed from this location for my aunt, who lives in Coquitlam, and they did a great job. Her scooter is in need of repair again so they presently have it in the shop. Apparently they can't get parts for it because I am guessing it is maybe too old, but I have to give the technician credit, as he has been trying to figure out how to repair it in spite of the parts situation. I have called a number of times for an update and have spoken to Krisel may times on the phone. I have also spoken a couple of times with Heather, who I understand also works in the service department. Both of these gals have been very pleasant to deal with. Krisel seems to be the one who answers the phone, for the most part, whenever I call. I don't know who hired Krisel but whoever did made an EXCELLENT choice because she has been nothing but sweet, helpful, professional and courteous any time I have spoken with her on the phone. Thank you!

Service technician are all very efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and keep us up and running ( actually we are rolling ?) with my electric wheelchair ♿ ?. I also have a electric hospital bed,and bath bench with Motion Speciality they can provide you with all needs. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for your service to our porch lift, Cameron and Saji.
They went through all the service 'checkup's' and did a thorough job....they even put a sticker on the porch lift with check marks as to what was checked. Very thorough and important to us as the porch lift is older.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motion came and moved my sister's ceiling lift from one apartment to another. I arranged the service call with Krisel and she was extremely professional and helpful. The technicians who came to do the work were Cameron and Saji and they were also really great. They took the time to walk through the placement of the track with me on FaceTime because i couldn't be there in person. I'm really impressed with their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a Friday afternoon at 1 PM when it became obvious that my 12 year old ceiling lift was not working just when I needed to transfer from bed to wheelchair. It was possible that it had not been engaged with the recharger overnight the previous night so we connected it and waited for an hour. It was not going to work. La Krisel was on deck with Motion Specialties Service Dept that Friday and was well aware that without a lift I would not be getting out of bed until Monday morning. It was too late to get anyone out on Friday afternoon. She did her homework and found out who was available with the know-how on Saturday and set it up with Pat who has been here several times before to be here at 11 AM on Saturday. Pat and Cameron arrived promptly, decided to remove the lift, and replaced mine with a loaner they had on the truck. Pat is doing the research to find out if my lift can be repaired or needs to be replaced. Thank you Krisel for great emergency service on a Friday afternoon and thank you Pat and Cameron for knowing your stuff!
