★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin and his team of professionals were amazing for this project! Kevin shows a level of compassion that shows he truly cares for your well being especially during this time of Covid. Every step of the way, communication was incredible - calls, texts & emails always returned in a timely manner. The work this team did is the very BEST and the cleaning was better than any professionals I've encountered. Thank you Kevin, thank your team for us. We are so very happy with the end result and feel like Kevin has become a part of our family!

I had some water damage that needed to be taken care of and they fully explained the process, estimated timing and carried out the work. Kevin was the lead on my file and he was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and ready to answer my many questions. He took care in ensuring I was satisfied and checked in with me regularly. I was worried about having different trades people in my home, even while I was not there but they were considerate and trustworthy. The process was basically on time as estimated. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly recommend him. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had water damage late last year and Matt and Kevin were assigned to my file. Couldn't be happier with Kevin's responsiveness and the repairs overall. I was kept informed of the schedule and next steps at all stages of the repairs and anytime I contacted Kevin with a query, he followed up right away. The only "even better if" I can share is to ensure all sub-contractors ascribe to the same level of commitment to customer experience excellence as I had a few suggestions for the flooring contractor after the install that I asked to be passed along to the owner in late May and to this day have not had a response or acknowledgement. I would not hesitate to use or recommend ServiceMaster for anyone in a similar situation as they help to make a stressful situation less stressful. This was a complex (to me) project which involved multiple sub-trades and I am very pleased with the result and experience.

Highlights were: over the original budget by 40%, found duplicate billing of work, as well as billing for work not done, then poor quality of work, several different project managers and contractors on same job all blaming the previous one for the delays, the quality etc....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a negligent neighbor cause 3 water issues within a 37 day period earlier this summer that caused major damage and was recommended to use Service Master. From Ryan Y. (the project manager) to every single tradesperson who stepped into my house, the ServiceMaster team was awesome, courteous, professional and just really understanding of the circumstances - and they did GREAT work!
Having dealt with another restoration company in the past and having a project manager who would never return calls, the team from Service Master, especially Ryan went above and beyond and I appreciate their compassion and understanding of the unfortunate situation I found myself in. I would highly recommend using ServiceMaster to restore your property.
