β β β β β There has been a flood in our apartment because of the faulty fire sprinkler. The techs came here quickly and removed all the water and then started with drying the area and the floor. We are very thankful for responding in time and sending us two great techs. We were saved. Thank you.

β β β β β Super easy to contact, had their water damage restoration service recently. Professionals were great and made their quick reach. We had a severe water damage due to severe roof leak. They control over the situation and managed everything really well. Had best services ever!! Surely would work with them again!!

β β β β β We had a large amount of water damage in our kitchen requiring restoration work and ultimately a renovation. Ecotech responded quickly to assess the damage and initiated a plan. Our project manager Alex, dealt with the situation in a very organized, professional manner securing good tradespeople to complete the job. Alex and his assistant Alexander were very supportive and caring during a very stressful time, providing much sttention to detail when completing the project. β β β β β Ecotech restoration was always very professional, on time, and gave a detailed breakdown every step along the way. They are great guys. After everyone of the workers completed their job, Manager always came by that day to check. Our Washroom looks better than before. Hopefully we will not have a need to call them again, but if we do, they will be the first company we call.

β β β β β I'll never forget how responsive, professional and understanding the whole Ecotech team was when I desperately needed help. They came to deal with my basement flood at 2 am, (called around but was told to wait until the morning) assessed the situation, walked me through the process and started working right away. The workers left the site at around 10 am and only after the place was cleaned up and disinfected. The insurance claim process was a bit lengthy, but the company made sure that I was informed every step of the way. The reconstruction went smoothly and I'm very happy with the outcome.Flawless! I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who cares about being treated fairly.

β β β β β Be careful with this company, it is a totally cheater. The worker is very rude, I decided to not use their service, they did nothing there, just had a short talking. They give me a bill almost 3,000 CAD next day. How tolerant we are, this kind of company can still exist in Canada.
