They have retrofitted a new ridge vent when the original builders did not install one as they should have, they have done emergency repairs to a leak caused by the original roofers just before Christmas, and now they have just finished installing a brand new roof on both the house and garage because the original roof fell apart after only 8 years. Tony has always been honest and professional, and prompt to address any concerns or issues. Mike was the lead on the new roof, and he too has been so professional and fast to address any issues and make sure everything is correct. Our house is very tall, on a very narrow lot, with neighbours very close on both sides, so it's a challenging place to work and the crews have been respectful and friendly. We now have the peace of mind that the house is dry and ventilating the way it should, as well as their guarantee. Thank you Taves Roofing!

They initially presented their install estimates in a folder along with product descriptions. Where as some other companies quickly eyeball or scribble an estimated price. Even had a rep (jason?) came later to conduct a minor adjustment to one of the rain diverters (he was even feeling sick too). Overall worth the $ and professionalism of this company.

Luckily he inspected my attic because I now know that I have a condensation issue due to incorrect installation and blocked baffles. Cory is very knowledgeable and he patiently explained the issues and recommendations of how the issues should be resolved. At the end of the inspection, Cory helped to seal all my exposed nailheads and dents on my roof. I inspected his work after and he did an excellent job! Would definitely hire him again for future work! Thanks Cory!

Cory came out and repaired the collar, plus he found and fixed a couple of other items while on the roof. He was also kind enough to sweep some unrelated debris off the roof and do some small touch up painting on the side of the house my ladder wouldn't reach. Very personable and professional service.
