Was a pleasure. I was dealing with a real problematic Adjuster who wanted to get her own vendors in to finish the job I’m glad I did not do that and I’m really happy that I stuck with preferred and Steve can’t say enough good things about them. If you have a tricky situation or a flood good people to have in your corner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son house's washroom was asked to be inspected for a leak in the washroom. Mr.Rooter came in inspected and said that 2 feet water was accumulated behind the toilet, installed several fans. After several follow up removed the fans. Cut up unnecessary wood around the toilet and said the claim submission will be taken care but was not done for quite some time. It's not professional. The job is not yet done.

Had to call them back for what i thought was a warranty issue, turns out it had nothing to do with the workmanship. I screwed up. I was my oversight but they happily came back and didn't charge me. Ask for Steve and Sajan. They are great .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bathroom flooded while I was out of town. In my absence I called in Rotor Rooter to fix it. They did the toilet but informed they could not do the repair to the floor or the ceiling downstairs. They recommended Michael from BC Preferred RESTORATION. I was reluctant to take a recommendation from such a huge franchise as Rotor Rooter so I phoned a few other places and was put on hold and told to await call back, etc. Finally in desperation I called BC PR and Michael picked up after one ring. He went over to the house immediately and gave me an assessment and quote and then quickly set up the emergency repairs and restoration. I've done some price comparisons and he came in far cheaper that the others. Although I am no expert, the work performed by him and his team seemed extremely solid. I found Michael to be a very good communicator. As mentioned I was out of town and the last thing you want to hear as that your toilet sewage has seeped thru the floor and walls, etc. Michael provided clear insight into the situation and provided up to date progress start to finish. I wholly recommend his services.

To save time, I decided to proceed with them. The communication with the estimator Steve was excellent. Alex, the contractor doing the work was also excellent. Great communication and great work. i recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire basement was flooded, and when I called BC Preferred Restoration, they arrived with no delay. They efficiently removed all the water and installed dehumidifiers and blowers. Unfortunately, we had to cut all of the drywall from the walls. The BC Preferred Restoration team performed this task very quickly and didn't leave a mess behind, unlike most companies. Steve clearly explained everything about dealing with the claim to me and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Steve!
