Careless driver that is reckless on the road. Almost hitting others thoughtlessly! It's ironic that the brand has fire and restoration on it when your people don't care about destruction. It makes me sick that there is a SPCA sticker on your vehicles, what shame! Judging from the number of negative reviews, this is a company to stay away from.

I’d like to start by saying that my experience is not actually based on Canstar, but on a specific project manager. I have had a couple experiences with him (one with Canstar, one previously with a different company) and both times I have been absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism, courtesy, POLITENESS, and general people skills. He is rude, condescending, unbelievably childish, and has made this year and a bit long experience worse than it needs to be. Today I ended up in tears strictly due to an email that was sent, worded in a way you’d never expect from someone that is meant to be representing a company. I’m sure Canstar is a great company to work for, but unfortunately having to deal with this project manager has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

On November 25th just after 4 pm I was going through the drive through at Starbucks in Langley (Fraser Hwy & 216th Street). One of your drivers (#23, 24 or 26: sorry I have forgotten, but he had an β€˜L’ on the back). This amazing young man bought everyone’s coffee/latte that was in the lineup. I was the driver directly behind him in my Harvard Roofing & Sheet Metal Truck. I had ordered 3 Lattes. I got up to pay for my order and the cashier told me that he had bought all three of my drinks, as well as everyone else in the line up, and that he had tipped the Starbucks employees $80.00. As I mentioned, I work at Harvard Roofing and Sheet Metal (I am the owners daughter). I too on a daily bases buy the person behind me at the drive through their morning coffee). 2020 has been a very difficult year for so many, and with Christmas approaching the random act of kindness your employee showed will never be forgotten. I continue to share this story with everyone I meet❀️ And whether it was given by Canstar or the employee of your vehicle.... I would like to thank the driver for such a kind and generous gift. This random acts of kindness filled my heart with so much joy and hope. I couldn’t let it go unsaid what an amazing moment I received. Please let me know the drivers name because I would like to personally thank him. Please know I will continue to share the joy! Obviously there are lots of parking available and even more open spots all around. But this driver decided to park on an angle one foot from my car. Feb 3, 2021 in front of Marks on Market Crossing at 12:10pm. If you have a company branded vehicle they must be responsible on the road representing your company.

Took nearly 2 months to get a non working door. They boarded up the oy entry to the building! Left us without fire exit to leave during an emergency! Made us use our balcony with no lock to buy locks and chains to get in our house. Absolutely no reason for this. I am a carpenter over 20+ years and a superintendent. Pm is lost. Worst company to deal with!

One of the worst experiences and customer service I have experienced. Been waiting for 2 months to get a quote to repair water damage to a unit in Whistler around Christmas. No response to emails, calls or text messages. Can’t even leave a voicemail as most managers’ voicemail boxes are full! Don’t recommend this company, when they’re busy, taking care of a customer is not a priority.
