Amazing experience after my kitchen flooded and my floors got ruined. They were so professional, efficient and easy to communicate with. My new floors look great and my home was left spotless and everything was put back exactly where I left it. Couldn’t have been a smoother process.

Her prompt attention to all my requests is greatly appreciated. Without her careful coordination of all repairing schedules, none of these would have happened in such a short period of time !

A couple of weeks before Christmas we had a leak from our faucet that resulted in some damage in the unit below us. Shortly after reaching out to Platinum, Hector got in touch with my husband offering his preliminary take based on our photos of the damage and was quick to book an assessment of the unit. Upon arriving, he was able to assess the damage in the neighbour’s unit and repair it in the same afternoon. As first time home owners we were stressed out at the news of a leak and just a couple weeks before Christmas no less, but Platinum Pro Claim provided prompt, friendly, painless and overall exceptional service.

Really appreciated the flexibility and coordination regarding a recent insurance repair. Brett was very helpful in planning for the job and Jake was great in terms of keeping me updated with the progress of the repairs. Very thankful for the quick turnaround and would recommend to anyone in a similar situation for repairs.

The team was super friendly and helpful. Not only did they answered all my questions regarding the process, they also dealt with my insurance provider on my behalf which was very much appreciated. My living room was beautifully restored after some water damaged; a friend of mine was just over yesterday and commented that it was as if the wall was never taken apart. I’d highly recommend PPCR to anybody that need their service.

Platinum people are punctual, polite and always have a smile on their face. Their work is fast, accurate and detail. They keep their tools and machines lined up neatly and safe. They keep everywhere clean and tidy. I had communication with real people which we don't get much these days. This makes me worry less and raise the confidence level. Brett, The case manager, Daniel and everyone that came to do work at our place were professional and competent. They presented to us a plan, they respected it and they kept in touch with us during the entire process of repairing our unit and installing a new laminated floor. Brett was also very accommodating when we were not ready to start work because I took time finding the laminated floor I wanted. The best is that we didn't have to deal with our insurance either, they took care and we had just to take care of paying the deductible.

DO NOT HIRE PPCR. I’m so suspicious of all the “five star” reviews as our experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. While dealing with them person to person or interacting with individual contractors has always been pleasant at this point it’s dragged painfully unreasonable amount due to poor project management from PPRC so even that pleasantness feels like lip service. When we call/email to follow up or check in on them not only do they give us inaccurate information often times we get no response or a passive aggressive one. Even the “updates” they provide to our strata (who hired them) are useless records saying things like “contractors came to unit - floor was not removed” as the “progress” for the whole week. On multiple occasions they have shown up to our condo not knowing what was done or not and then were unable to work for the day, they’ve shown up with out warning, have done damage to our hall and windows, done work improperly to the point that it effects the next person to come ins task, installed dirty cabinets into our kitchen and recently told us they could not finish patching our ceiling. As stressful as the whole process has been PPCR made it worse and worse. I was waiting until they finished to write a full review but as it has now passed the 6 month mark I can’t hold it in anymore. Last month the verbally confirmed THEIR poor management and communication with us about our home has resulted in these delays. Even with them admiring they dropped the ball they are still not done and now claim they have no more budget to work with. This company will take your contact even if they don’t have the capacity to complete it properly and will mismanage it to the point that not even their own employees- let alone the customer- can keep track of what has been done and what’s left to do.
