★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque de professionalisme. Jai envoyer Mon telephone pour reparer lecran. Quand je lai recu sa ressemblai un projet artistique dun enfant. Il yavai du colle partout sur le telephone. Je lai quand meme prit car javais besoin un telephone en urgence. Quand jsuis rentrer chez moi Jai su que meme le power button ne marchais pas et le telephone nallumer meme pas. Apres 3 tours au meme magasin je Lui a laisser Mon telephone pour recevoir un remboursement.
Lack of professionalism. I sent my phone to have the screen repaired. When I received it it looked like a child's art project. There was glue all over the phone. I took it anyway because I needed a phone urgently. When I got home I knew that even the power button didn't work and the phone didn't even turn on. After 3 rounds at the same store I left my phone to him to receive a refund.

La première fois, j'ai attendu, a environs 4 heures, que le propriétaire, qui connais presque rien, dans la réparation, la deuxième fois, après 2 heures, il m'a dit qu’il n'as pas le bon camera. La troisième fois, j'ai attendu 1h 30, pour que M. Tarek me dise qu'il n'a pas le bon camera, mais, il m'a magané mon téléphone, je ne peux plus appeler et je ne peux plus recevoir des appelles. Tarek, m'a détruit mon téléphone! Ne vous rendez pas a cet endroit, d'un escroc! Je lui donné 20 $, pour qu'il me fasse perdre mon temps. Je vais essayer de reprendre mon argent!
