★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait maintenant plus de 3 fois que je dois faire réparer un cellulaire et/ou tablette avec les Kassés et chaque fois j'ai reçu un service super professionnel. Ils s'assurent de l'état de votre téléphone avant la réparation et s'assure que tout fonctionne à votre départ. Il n'y a pas d'ambiguité sur leur travail professionel et font tout leur possible pour honoré les garanties du service et des pièces. Le prix est très raisonnable, particulièrement pour avoir un vrai service professionel et une bonne expérience client ( et pas fait en 5 minutes sur un coin de table tout croche ).
Merci les Kassés, nous nous retrouverons à la prochaine réparation ( on espère jamais mais au moins je vais savoir que mon appareil est entre bonnes mains)
 It has now been more than 3 times that I have had a cell and / or tablet repaired with the Kassés and each time I received super professional service. They check the condition of your phone before the repair and make sure everything is working when you leave. There is no ambiguity about their professional work and do everything possible to honor the guarantees of service and parts. The price is very reasonable, especially to have a real professional service and a good customer experience (and not done in 5 minutes on a nook).
Thank you Kassés, we will meet at the next repair (we never hope but at least I will know that my device is in good hands)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne perdez pas votre temps avec cette compagnie!
La première fois que j'y suis allée la réparation de mon écran a pris 1 heure car après 30 min, le nouvel écran installé ne tenait pas donc le travail a du être refait à zéro.
Aujourd'hui, je me présente, et mon rendez-vous n'était pas inscrit dans leur horaire/était en même temps qu'un autre. On me dit aussi qu'ils n'ont tout simplement pas la pièce qu'il me faut alors qu'en prenant rendez-vous, ils savaient que c'était pour un écran d'iPhone 7 . 30 minutes de route pour rien, aucun professionalisme, n'y allez pas!!!
Don't waste your time with this company!
The first time I went the repair of my screen took 1 hour because after 30 minutes, the new screen installed did not hold so the work had to be redone.
Today, I show up, and my appointment was not in their schedule / was at the same time as another. I'm also told that they just don't have the part I need so by making an appointment they knew it was for an iPhone 7 screen. 30 minutes drive for nothing, no professionalism, do not go there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déjà fait affaire par le passé , excellent atelier. Cependant j'ai commander un écran pour pixel 3a XL en décembre , on m'as dit a plusieurs reprises qu'on attendait la pièce , et puit silence radio. Le suivi n'est pas une force pour les kassé.
Already done business in the past, excellent workshop. However I ordered a screen for Pixel 3a XL in December, I was told several times that we were waiting for the part, and well radio silence. The follow-up is not a force for the kassé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait changer une batterie d'un cellulaire en novembre dernier. Suite à ce changement, la pile restait à 0%. On m'a dit que la carte mère de mon cellulaire Iphone8 était endommagée suite au changement de pile. Ils ont du faire faire un soudure par un tiers. Cela n’a pas fonctionné alors on m’a proposé un appareil de remplacement identique au miens. Ça a été long mais ça en a valu la peine.
I had a cell phone battery changed last November. Following this change, the battery remained at 0%. I was told that the motherboard of my Iphone8 cell phone was damaged after changing the battery. They had to have a weld done by a third party. It didn't work so I was offered a replacement device identical to mine. It took a long time but it was worth it.
