M	Maxime Giroux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour faire une histoire courte, après le renvoi de mes roues pour la 3ieme fois , elles finissent par être passables . Mais je fais remarquer à l'estimateur que premièrement, la compagnie de réparation de roues n'a pas enlevé les plonds collés lors de ces multiples réparations , alors il y a plusieurs plonds à plusieurs endroits sur les roues et que les plonds sont TOUS peinturés ce qui veut dire que probablement que mes roue n'ont pas été rebalancées après cette dernière réparation . Alors, je vais devoir les faire rebalancer et faire enlever les plonds qui on été peinturés et il y aura un manque de peinture sur les roues là où il y avait des plonds. Si le travail avait été bien fait, je n'aurais pas besoin de repasser en arrière ENCORE une fois. Quand j'ai tenté d'expliquer à cet estimateur la situation, il m'a répondu: "écoute, moi je fais pas une cenne avec les roues, alors si t'es pas content, on les renvoie pis c'est tout ". Ce que j'aurais aimé, c'est qu'il m'offre au moins à la place de s'occuper de les faire rebalancer et d'aviser son sous-traitant d'enlever les plonds lors de ses réparations car ça aurait été le 4e renvoi. De plus, je n'ai eu aucun suivi sur mes roues. J'ai dû passer moi-même pour savoir ce qu'il se passait depuis plus d'1 mois sans nouvelles, alors je ne conseille pas cet endroit. Ils se foutent des gens car leurs gros clients sont les compagnies d'assurances. To make a short story, after the return of my wheels for the third time, they end up being passable. But I point out to the estimator that firstly, the wheel repair company did not remove the glued plies during these multiple repairs, so there are several plunds at several places on the wheels and the planks are ALL painted which means that probably my wheels have not been rebalanced after this last repair. So, I'm going to have to rebalance them and remove the planks that have been painted and there will be a lack of paint on the wheels where there were plumps. If the job had been done well, I would not need to go back AGAIN one time. When I tried to explain to this estimator the situation, he replied: "listen, I do not make a cent with the wheels, so if you're not happy, we send them back and that's all" . What I would have liked is that he offered me at least instead to take care of rebalancing them and to inform his subcontractor to remove the plates during his repairs because it would have been the 4th dismissal. In addition, I had no follow-up on my wheels. I had to go over to find out what was going on for over 1 month without any news, so I do not recommend this place. They do not care about people because their big customers are the insurance companies.

Avec l'arrivée du printemps 2018 et du soleil j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait une petite différence de couleur/teinte entre la réparation et le reste de la voiture. Ils ont été très aimable et compréhensif et ils ont repris le travail sans que j'aie à mastiné et ont même laver ma voiture à l'intérieur . Je lève mon chapeau à l'équipe Duval CARROSSERIE pour leurs bons travail et leurs professionnalisme. Je déménage à une heure de leurs concession et si j'ai un autre accident c'est là que j'entre ma voiture même si je dois payer le remorquage. I had a collision with my new car in the fall of 2017 perfect repair I have nothing to say. With the arrival of spring 2018 and the sun I noticed that there was a small difference in color / shade between the repair and the rest of the car. They were very kind and understanding and they went back to work without my masturbating and even washed my car inside. I raise my hat to the Duval CARROSSERIE team for their good work and their professionalism. I move an hour from their dealership and if I have another accident this is where I enter my car even if I have to pay for the towing.

La préposée à la réception dénigre les clients et ne montre aucun respect. Service désagréable. Excellent repairs, however customer service at reception is lacking. The front desk clerk belittles customers and shows no respect. Rude service.

J	J H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service, particularly one of the receptionists who behaved as the owner and was very rude, and refused to transfer my phone call to the person in charge about the big repair that they have done on my car. I need to know the warranty of the repair. She simply tried to block me to get the info from the person who is in charge of repair. Instead, she kept asking me to call my insurance company who is not responsible for the repair and warranty. She can not even understand that I am the customer and the owner of the car! It is not my insurance company who chose this garage, but my car was accidently transferred to this garage by a dealer without my consent. It happened to be on the list of the insurance company. I made the payment. She refused to give me the receipt. Instead she asked me to contact my insurance company for the invoice and the warranty of the repair. It has been a few months since my car was repaired. I tried to get the warranty info. I could not get it after attempting to call this garage a couple of times. Unbelievable!!! Zero star for the customer service!
