★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they are busy they cut corners. I complained about my hand brake not working. They charged me 120$ to fix it but the issue came back again a few weeks later.
It was a problem with the caliper. When I tried to change the brake caliper myself. I found out they just tightened it so much to the point where I almost cut it off.
Depends on who you get to work on your car. But some of the mechanics are extremely clumsy and careless.
