Je me suis présenté au kiosque et j'appellais en même temps.
Je vois le technicien qui joue a un jeux sur sont cell, mais ne repond pas au téléphone.
Mon cellulaire n'était pas réparé mais pire.
Mon ecran etais légèrement craqué et il nia l'avoir endommagé.
Au final
Perte de temps et un téléphone plus endommagé qu'a sont arrivés.
 After 2 weeks with no answer (I called 5 times a day in the last 3 days)
I went to the kiosk and called at the same time.
I see the technician playing a game on his cell, but not answering the phone.
My cell phone was not repaired but worse.
My screen was slightly cracked and he denied having damaged it.
Finally
Waste of time and a more damaged phone than has arrived.
