★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon technicien (Richard Sabourin) sur la route est très courtois et professionnels. Les formateurs sont très qualifiés et leurs sessions de formation sont dynamique. Rien a reprocher au service de vente. Le seul petit bémol c'est au niveau des pièces de rechanges.
My technician (Richard Sabourin) on the road is very courteous and professional. The trainers are very qualified and their training sessions are dynamic. Nothing to blame the sales service. The only downside is the level of spare parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions demandé à ce qu'un technicien vienne à nos locaux pour changer un cylindre sur notre chariot élévateur puisqu'il était cassé. Ils ont envoyé un technicien, non pas pour effectuer la réparation, mais bien pour venir constater que nous avions déjà constaté par nous-mêmes (que le cylindre était bel et bien cassé). Leur technicien est resté entre 2 et 5 minutes à nos locaux (en raison de l’évidence même de la situation) et nous a facturé un demi-heure de main d’œuvre + déplacement pour absolument rien. L'estimation qu’il nous ont fait parvenir était grotesque 878$ de pièce et 262$ de main-d'œuvre. Nous avons effectué la réparation nous-même en +/- 15 minutes et la pièce n’a finalement coûté que 32$.
We had asked for a technician to come to our premises to change a cylinder on our forklift since it was broken. They sent a technician, not to do the repair, but to come and see that we had already seen for ourselves (that the cylinder was indeed broken). Their technician stayed between 2 and 5 minutes at our premises (due to the very obviousness of the situation) and charged us for half an hour of labor + travel for absolutely nothing. The estimate they sent us was a grotesque $878 for parts and $262 for labor. We did the repair ourselves in +/- 15 minutes and the part ended up costing only $32.
