★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est absolument de loin la pire compagnie avec laquelle nous avons fait affaire!!! Faites attention car ils ne veulent pas donner la copie du contrat et après ils dissent que vous devez rester avec eux pour 5ans!!!! Le service est vraiment déplorable.
It's absolutely by far the worst company we've dealt with !!! Be careful because they do not want to give the copy of the contract and after they say that you have to stay with them for 5 years !!!! The service is really deplorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le livreur offre un excellent service ,Pour ce qui est du reste ces la pire compagnie avec qui j' ai fait affaire .Augmentation des prix a chaque année,malgré un contrat qui stipule une augmentation maximun de 5% par année nous avons vue des augmentation de 12 a 20% ,il faut être vigilent et surveiller vos factures .Nouveau la semaine dernière ,la prochaine augmentation n est plus en novembre 2018 mes a partir de avril 2018 . Impossible de sortir du contrat .Pensez y 2x avant de signer avec eux .
The delivery man offers an excellent service, As for the rest these the worst company with which I made deal. Increase of the prices each year, in spite of a contract which stipulates a maximum increase of 5% per year we saw increases from 12 to 20%, you must be vigilant and monitor your invoices. New last week, the next increase is no longer in November 2018 my from April 2018. Impossible to get out of the contract. Think twice before signing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a customer since 2009 and now their prices have increased multiple times that a small business person can not afford their mats. We want to cancel the service but would have to pay $1200 due to a five year contract that renews automatically without our knowledge and holds us hostage to this ridiculous business practice. Everyone should read the fine print that this company puts on its contracts without informing the customer. The contract automatically renews for the same term which now makes it a ten year contract.
