J'ai faite changer l'écran de protection dont je paye pour ne pas briser mon téléphone, aussitot sorti du magasin, l'écran protecteur était déjà craqué. Lorsque j'ai rentré a nouveau pour en faire à l'une des personnesau service client, on me répond que s'il le rechange à nouveau ca compte pour la garantie. Wow j'etais à peine sortie du magasin meme pas échapper mon téléphone, on voit que les protecteurs sont cheap et ils profitent de la situation pour charger aux clients. Je suis franchement très déçue
Excellent service, ask for the temperature before entering the store. Guaranteed protection for the screen a big zero. I had the protective screen changed, which I pay for so as not to break my phone, as soon as I left the store, the protective screen was already cracked. When I returned again to tell one of the customer service people, I was told that if he replaced it again, it counted for the warranty. Wow I was barely out of the store not even dropping my phone, we see that the protectors are cheap and they take advantage of the situation to charge customers. I am frankly very disappointed

I had impeccable service from the pars of Jean-François. He knew what he was talking about and knew how to guide and advise us wonderfully for my package. Constantly with a smile on his face he was able to give me a smile for the rest of the day and I thank him for that.

Mon représentant, Alex était très compétent et connaissait bien son produit ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas lorsqu’on achète du Apple mais pas chez Apple. Merci beaucoup ce fut une belle expérience.
