โ โ โ โ โ When you drop off your vehicle for oeil change service, you either have to wait for 2 or 3 hours or you arrange your own transportation. Their shuffle service only covers 5 km range. You gotta do better.

โ โ โ โ โ Great service. Was tended to as soon as I entered the showroom. Itโs well designed and they have exactly what you would expect Mini to have. They have as Mini as you want. There are Mini souvenirs and beverages.
Although we didnโt end up buying, we had a great experience with the greeter! The same could not be said about the BMW next door, I do not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ When I ordered my car in October 2021, they gave me 1% discount on the list price. But at the day I sign up the lease and pick up my car, they reduced 1% of the residual value. I questioned to the salesperson Lili, delivery manager Simon, BMW sales manager, Mini Sales manager Brian. They said the same lie. It is not their fault and told me Mini Canada reduces the residual value 1% for every 2months.

โ โ โ โ โ The woman at the service appointment booking has awful customer service skills. She gives so much attitude. Even though we were on a phone call she was rasing her voice even though I was calmly trying to get information to get a good experience when putting my car for a service. I feel very disappointed with this experience

โ โ โ โ โ I had a flat tire and needed to change it asap. I could still drive the vehicle as the tires were run-flat tires. Since I live near Mini Markham I thought it made more sense to contact them for the service, so I entered a service request online. They did not even get back to me. No phone call, no email, nothing. I tried with Mini Toronto afterwards and they called me right away. Although it was riskier driving 16 km on a flat tire, compared to 6 km, I will never choose Mini Markham, as apparently they donโt bother to care about their customers. I recommend Mini Toronto as it is SO MUCH better!

If you are looking for a patient dealer who can get you an ideal price for your new car, Lili is the one! I have been visited other dealer shops as well, then decided to get a new car here. The price is reasonable here, and I really enjoyed their services.

โ โ โ โ โ Leased 2022 JCW countryman 3 weeks ago. Markham MINI sales depart has never disappointed us. Our mini specialist Remy is professional, helpful, efficient. He has went beyond to ensure we are enjoying our car. And the manager Brian is very honest with the pricing, and provide us the best price he can offer with our trade in car.
If you are in the area, or come all the way to Markham MINI, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SALES SPECIALIST REMY HUNG.
Just keep one thing in mind, Markham service department is not ideal as we all know(that's where the one star goes). But there are many service locations around, you can always find the one you prefer.
