I have yet to come across a more knowledgeable, patient and honest salesperson. Steve was able to take away the stress and tension when looking for a new vehicle and instead turn it into a insightful and exciting experience. The level and quality of service provided by Steve needs to be set as a standard across dealerships as it is something that I have rarely come across. Would highly recommend Steve to anyone and will certainly be bringing my family and friends back.

Steve at mini is exceptional and I can only say good things about the attention he provided. It’s easy to give a 5 star rating when everything runs smoothly but when there is a problem and it’s handled immediately and with commitment then that’s when the 5 stars really say something about the quality of the staff and service. Excellent people and will continue to buy from them.

He is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have talked to and his team in finance (Tin) was amazing as well. Fast communication and quick turn around. Only a week from lease return to my possession.

Very helpful and gave us a great tutorial on all the features before we drove away. Service at Mini Edmonton has been excellent too and Shawn Goodwin, their service advisor is top notch!
