Michelle was so helpful and patient during the purchase process, she instilled a level of confidence that took away so much of the stress for my wife and I. She was truly a great person to deal with. The pick up process again was pretty unique, Alan went through the car features with much passion such that I just wanted to get in and drive it. Thank you Michelle and Alan. We love our Mini, I am so glad it is stick shift, so much fun to drive.

I felt very comfortable and confident about purchasing my electric Mini because of them, and feel like I got a very good deal. I am very happy with my new Mini and hope that the fantastic service will continue while I own it. I will definitely return to them for my next car if the service remains this good. I’ve already told everyone I know how good the experience was.

When I picked up the car, I spent time with Allen (a total expert) walking through the car. He was able to show me all the little details and tips, answered all of my questions! Best dealership experience ever!

She was patient and communicative from the test drive, placing the order, and picking it up. Alan was amazing and took his time to make sure I was made aware of all my new Mini’s features, and even checked in on me a week later to see how things were going with my new toy. I’ll definitely be returning to Durham Mini when shopping for another vehicle in the future.

You can really tell that Allen loves his job. He know everything there is to know about tech and about cars. Especially the Mini Countryman! He definitely made it a fun experience too.
