★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to obtain info on a machine that my doctor prescribed and upon learning that it wasn't theirs they weren't interested in any furtehr communication. I don't know if it was a language problem or not, but I don't think so. Customer service doesn't live there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disgustingly evil place. About a week after my mom died from so many health complications, we got a letter from these people demanding $260, when we called them and said it was up to the nursing home taking care of her, they were extremely volatile and rude to us and said they WOULD get the money from us and nothing could be done.
There really isn't anything as low as harassing people for money who'd just lost a loved one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable, not consistent in what they say and not knowledge about the products they sell. Find a vendor who knows their stuff and will work with you to make sure you are happy with the medical product you are purchasing. Here is an actual quote from this vendor regarding a medical CPAP machine they sold me that kept shutting off after exactly 8 hrs and no one knew why this was happening, including the manufacturer. "Why not just unplug it after 8 hrs and plug it in again if you want to sleep longer". Not sure what a hospital who was buying these machines would say to this ,but I am guessing it would be met with laughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VitalAire has been my service provider for years now. While I had difficulty at times with an individual who is no longer there (Pickering location), I have to say that VitalAire has more than met my needs. When I was traveling out of province, I had an issue with my cpap and was referred to a location where I was at (Abbotsford, BC). They very quickly replaced the machine . Since returning home, I visited the new location in Ajax and was treated with the same respect as I received in the Abbotsford, BC location. Thank you to the Ajax staff and specifically Catherine, who was so accommodating and patient while answering all of my questions about the different machines and the differences between them. I didn't feel at all rushed and I very much appreciated that.
