Keep in great communication on waiting for part and also help to lower the bill because of how difficult and timely it took to find the right sensor that needed to be replaced. Its a great shop, great advisors and they do look out for our best interests. Ming is awesome to deal with. Keep up the good work.

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs. I arrived on time and my RAM was quickly administered and taken away for servicing. I decided to wait for my vehicle in their lounge while I began my work day. Before I knew it my vehicle was ready and I was on my way home. I plan to use this dealership going forward for all sales and service needs.

I really like the new location, as they now offer more of a full service like other dealerships such as getting the car washed afterwards. Ming was my advisor this time and he did a good job of communicating the required repairs. It’s always easy to get an appointment with them and the communication is great.
L	Lucas Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start, when I called to book this appointment the young lady who answered the phone was very helpful, and actually told me I still had rust/corrioson warranty on my Cherokee. So I scheduled to have my Power transfer unit inspected and the rust spot examined. I also had noticed my vehicle shaking and had to get tires rebalanced. Ming advised me that getting an alignment would be good preventative maintenance. Ming, deserves recognition for his customer service and professionalism. He took the time to go line by line and outline the charges. He explained the process with the rust starting on the hatch and that I'd hear back in few days to see if it's covered. One thing I wanted to mention Ming personally gave my jeep a quick wash and didn't charge me to inspect the 4 by4/ Power transfer unit. I really appreciated this and it shows that he is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Overall I'm very satisfied with experience at village Chrysler. Should I continue to own Mopar/Chrysler vehicles in the future I plan on using village for service. Thank you!!

Ming, my service advisor is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and knowledge he displayed; he really did go above and beyond coordinating the proper tests, inspections and assigning the right personnel to complete the work. They also kept me well informed along the way about their findings, timing and next steps. There are not many service centers that will bring you back to meet the mechanic (Adrian) to explain his findings along with the options available to me. They really do treat you like family. I have been taking my Jeeps to Village for over 10 years and highly recommend their services.
