I was a Little nervous getting an imported 20 year old German car from Japan for out of province inspected. Was told define motors was the place. So true!! Very honest, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Passed with flying colors and I had my maintenance work done there at a very fair price.
Great people to deal with!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I imported a vehicle through JDM Connection and was sent to Define Motors for the out of province. Alrick and Remi were absolutely amazing. They both met me after hours for drop off and pick up because I couldn’t get there during the day due to my own work schedule. They were incredibly fair with my inspection, were very down to earth guys, open and honest, and were genuinely interested in getting me and my car through the inspection and on to the road. All my cars will be going to Define Motors from now on. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this car import through William at JDMConnection the second time and was shipped to Define Motor the first time and man they did a great job getting the car ready and pass OOP no problems, they never over charge me and been really honesty on what it needs without getting me to spent more money, and very understanding when I couldn't pick the car up for a while.
I recommend big time this company to get your vehicle inspected and work done 10/10 great experience

The Guys were great and very patient with me as I had 100 questions about the process and even showed up early to pick up vehicle. They did all the import inspection and registration paperwork for me and delivered as promised. I would definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I got my '04 Toyota Alphard imported through JDM Connections it was shipped to Define Motors for it to undergo OPI and any necessary repairs to ensure it's road worthy. Alrick and Remy are honest professional and a pleasure to deal with. They reported and showed me what and where the issues are and gave me options to it. Even for other customers to bring in vehicle for general repairs they seem to be very capable too.
