Despite the fact that we always seem to have breakdowns happen at the most inopportune times (funny how truck problems never seem to wait for when it's convenient) they always seem to find a way to squeeze us in. Every person I've spoken to is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place, and we'll definitely keep coming back. -Duke's Freight
m	matt m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use Truck Zone as our vendor for our fleet of 17 commercial trucks. I find them to be very adaptable to our needs given the complexity of our fleet. Chris is awesome at always keeping us up to date via phone calls versus emails, In 1 specific event where they helped us out, we had a truck break down in Feb 2021 in Hinton. The transmission would not shift out of gear. Over the phone for a hour Deryl & Sean assisted the crew in troubleshooting the unit. Unable to get it going, we towed it in, and they spent the entire next day diagnosing a PACCAR specific part they have not seen before Truck Zone provides us with a pseudo-dedicated mechanic on our fleet, which helps us a great ton, because Sean is familiar with our units, our very complex nature of our trucks, and is able to swiftly memorize prior troubles on the trucks and use it to providing a faster turnaround time

The team was fantastic and very thorough in going over the bus looking for any issues. They fixed everything and we are very excited to get her back on the road and be worry free now that the repairs are done.

His efficiency in his work and the level at which he provides his services are second to none. You won't be disappointed dealing with him for your parts needs!
o	oil field alberta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this place. Took them 2 days to come up with quote. They were 3 times high er then 3 othere shops that quoted. Charrrgeed 7.5 hour to do 4 Ubolts. Scamers .if you ask them to do suspension inspection they will over charge you and will not give you report in writing. Will never go back there. Will open investigation case with mvic.

They did rotors and pads all around, plus they fixed a leaking rear wheel seal! Dropped it off first thing in the morning and it was ready by mid afternoon! They even offered to drive me to work! Definitely my go to shop in the city now! 10/10 for workmanship and customer service! Almost forgot, they also did a full synthetic oil change and multi-point inspection! 2014 GMC Sierra SLT. They will even work on your holiday trailer and large commercial trucks!

I left my name and number and never received a call back. I feel their operation might be a little too small for what I desire.

Sean and the entire service and management team were very accommodating, quoted me the price and the bill was to the penny on the quote. Even with unforeseen staffing issues they still had the vehicle back to me at the proposed time. Top quality repair and overall an awesome experience, would highly recommend to anyone needing suspension services to utilize their services. 10/10 Thanks again!
