After trying to contact dealers in Eastern Ontario with no luck, a dear friend of mine recommended Lakeridge and I am sure glad she did. From the initial call to the final delivery I could not be happier with their professionalism and attention to detail. Despite these trying times during this pandemic they went out of their way to make the purchase as seamless as possible while ensuring comfort and safety. B	Balaji Devaraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably, many of us encountered this from the sales people at JRL, Ajax. I have heard from many of my acquaintances that sales persons here got lots of attitude. I didn't realize until I faced it myself. Firstly, I have been waiting with my family for 30 minutes from appointment time without any info. The guy we were supposed to meet was with another customer & has been going around eyeing us with him. He was already late for the appointment & when he met us, he told he didn't realize which is an utter lie in broad daylight. I know they can be snake oil sales men but this is too much. And he continued with an attitude like we're the ones who are late. He showed us the Landrover or rather i should say we felt he shoved us with something as if he doesn't want us to be there. Later i realized he was replacing another sales man whom i am supposed to meet but turns out i heard they're allnthe same at JRL, Lakeridge, Ajax. I was working for Tatas for decades. Ratan tata is a well known man for his philanthropy & humanity, a most respected human in India. It pains to see his JRL is quite opposite to that outside home country. I wish I could take that 1 star as well ?

Trish is very pleasant to deal with, not pushy and does what she can to sweeten the deal as a sales rep!
