J	J Viras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue, large clean washrooms and lots of space and parking. The staff there are friendly and attentive. The premium bar options are not good and outside food vendors are not allowed.

The service was great, food was very good, the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, and there was lots of parking.

Their tasting was a disaster and Rachel has left, leaving them with no wedding planner and no responses from management. The original budget was a bait and switch and the event has doubled in price. The vegetarian dish is stuffed peppers. Very disappointing. UPDATE: the difficult decision has been made to end the relationship with this venue. The business manager has made it impossible to envision an outcome where there is a happy wedding event. Rather, there would be fear and worry right up until the very day of the wedding with bullying and harassment as the key notes. I would recommend that you avoid this venue unless you fit their preferred demographic of "nice, white couple".

Sam and George were the only ones who were really good that night (our servers). They are by the book!!! Don't sit by the bar, get your shot, do one round of walk, and back to the bar- hopefully, you'll get your next shot ? Overall disappointed!!

Clean and modern facility. Good for small executive meetings or large weedings. Decent catering, reasonably priced and friendly staff. It it not the Four Seasons, but you are in Ajax. Recommended.
R	Ruchie S Nagpal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our event here in December 2021. Everything was fantastic from the venue to the service. Our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was. They followed all covid protocols from checking vaccine passports to ensuring guests were masked which made everyone feel safe and comfortable. The venue it self is clean, sanitized and well kept. The staff were amazing to work with and very accommodating to any requests we had. Would highly recommend Ajax Convention center to anyone looking to host an event.

I implore you make sure you don’t take there word, get everything in writing, I did a walk through with Rachel, who is no longer there. Apparently the details I agreed with Rachel was not updated and now , they want to pinned a 422.00 bill on me. No negotiation on their part. The email, was clear to point out I agreed to a consumption bar , where 350 Minimum purchase is required by the patrons or the client absolve the difference. But no accountability or ownership on Ajax Convention Centre for having me walk through process , and resend all the details last minute. I even asked to meet with the co-ordinator prior and she said she was too busy. Overall the team for serving in the evening was awesome, but not a welcoming team in the office. Best of luck.
B	Bren Irwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a wedding here. It's a very nice venue. Lots of room to move around, plenty of parking and lovely decor. Their washrooms were also very clean and smelled lovely (hey that's worth mentioning!). Food was excellent and the staff were friendly. The only downside to a shared venue is the fire alarm went off so two weddings had to move outside briefly, but it all made for great fun.
