However after waiting for months for a promised update that didn't come following our deposit, we arrived at Jenny. She was knowledgeable and understanding and took care of the issue right away and we were then able to receive regular updates about our back-ordered car. She surprised us later by personally greeting us and congratulating us on our car when delivery day arrived. She apologized and provided us with a special gift. I was very impressed and it immediately softened our previous views of this dealership. Jenny really saved it for us, so much so that I would likely return to purchase another Hyundai there. We are already in love with all the Hyundai products ( there new crop of cars are AMAZING) so I would definitely return despite our poor start!
