★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Outlander here in 2016 as they offered the best deal in the GTA. It was still under warranty, so I had no problem using the dealership to get any work done. They treated me well but in the back of my mind I was always looking for a reason to leave and go somewhere closer for services. That was 6yrs ago and I haven't found a reason to go elsewhere yet! Mark and Asaf are very knowledgeable and personable and always willing go one step beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy :)

Therefore a very friendly, accommodating and efficient service is offered. Very happy and comfortable leaving my vehicle (which is my "baby") in their capable hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don’t like going to dealerships because they try to oversell you. Not this place. I honestly feel they are looking out for me and my car genuinely. They service exactly what my car needs which saves me money with zero pressure to do any other work. Asif and Mark are an asset to the organization probably more than the owner realizes. It’s what keeps me coming back to them. I have zero desire to look for another shop or mechanic. If this service continues as it is, they will be servicing my vehicle for a very long time. Even if you don’t have a Mitsubishi, go to these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajax Mitsubishi is honestly the BEST! The staff are all amazing and they take car of you no matter what. We use to be customers of the Whitty dealership however due to their inability to be personable and be there for their long standing customs owning more than 5 cars with them we decided that we no longer needed to be treated anything less then loyal. Ajax took us in and have been amazing helping us more than ever! Kevin and all the staff in Service are just absolutely amazing if you want to go to Mitsubishi you have our endorsement that you will absolutely love the service and the people working there!! also i have to say when you can to have your car be brought in for anything they take you in right away no need to wait weeks for an appointment these guys are the BEST!!

The work on my car is always timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

They explain thoroughly what service needed to be done and made me understand why is it important which it really made me feel like they are looking out for my car. Mr. Alam Mohammed was very keen to help me out with all the queries and was responsive after office hours as well which is very rare to find.
