The quality of provision is high and so are the base price of their fees. I feel that I am being fleeced every time I go there. The staff are not very good at breaking bad news or giving you time to make a decision on additional costs. I recently had my AC fail in my 2017 touring civic. The service agent stated the fee for inspection not mentioning that this was a factory recall issue. It seemed that only after I mention it, that she entered this fact on to the service booking. Very similar experience going to a new dentist but at least u develop a relationship with you dentist as time goes by which hells cushion the blow of these large fees. I’m done with Honda, I thought the brand was the leader in reliability. I think there would be little difference in cost managing a luxury vehicle such as my wife’s Infiniti SUV. I’m going for a brand new Cayman S when my lease is up. So to end on a positive note, thank you Honda service department for helping me with the decision to move forward to bigger and better things. You guys are my heroes - stay safe

I had brought in my 2019 Honda Civic because the car was telling me there were numerous problems like engine problem, sensor problems, etc. The car was also not starting properly. I was helped by Syed Abidi and he personally looked over the car. It turns out some critters had chewed up the wiring under the hood. I was very upset to hear about the cost of the repair since I had just dealt with damages to the car, but he was able to make the repairs and was very kind and helpful. He provided photos and videos of the damages and explained the different paths to take to fix it, including the more cost effective one. The car was ready for pick up the next day. All in all very good service. If I ever have more issues I will definitely bring my car to him again.

Had a horrible experience of purchasing a car here. The service is just as bad. The intake house popped off on the highway I guess because it wasn't tied down properly from the factory. All the engine lights came on as a safety precaution and I knew the hose just needed to back put back on. They were charging me 140 for diagnostics saying its not covered under warranty. Syed abidi the service agent was rude and unknowledgable of cars. Strongly recommend against this dealership.

I always go to Simon at the Service Department for my Honda’s. He’s easy to communicate with and takes care of you as best as he can!

They are there to cheat people , not every good service. Everyone fools around you. If you have money they will sense it. I was badly treated by the sales team.

Advisor - Syed Abidi , very polite and helpful.. my air-conditioning failed ... he was knowledgeable to explain reason behind it , explained components covered under warrant and what aren't... briefed me about expected charges ....from appointment to car pick up everything was on time .... it was smooth experience throughout... Tim Lau has been very good and consistent Service Rep. I was in 2 times for this month, one oil change and one rust proofing. He was very professional and let me know how long it would take to complete those service. Very efficient and he has a great attitude. The serviceman whom did my vehicle was great and caring. Markham Honda Service has changed from years past. Glad to take my vehicle in and so should you.
