My whole experience from email to completion of my service was amazing! I value the amount of communication that was provided to me during the time the vehicle was in. I truely have not experienced that at another dealership! Keep up the great work and I will definitely be returning for future services/purchases.

Only sorry that I have to give them a whole star. When I took my Mini a 1.5 hour drive to them for service, they treated me like I was something bad on the bottom of their shoe. Halfway home, the "service engine" light came on, late on the Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, as I was driving up Hamilton mountain. When I called, they told me to tow it in to them and they would look at it on Tuesday. How was I supposed to get home? or back to them??? I discovered later that this is common, as the onboard computers need time to reset. But it scared me to bits. And they were no help at all. I also discovered later that the maintenance that they did didn't show up on the "official maintenance history" on the key fob. I was recently shopping for a new Mini, saw an ad online from them for one that really (!) appealed to me, contacted them and got the same snobby treatment in the chat room. Vowed never to buy from them. Went to St. Catharines Mini instead and was thoroughly delighted by their customer relations, service attitude and price. Especially by how hard Melanie worked to help me, during and after the purchase.

BUDDS BMW MINI OAKVILLE is one of the best places to do business. The staff is super attentive, professional, friendly and polite. They took care of all the service needs of my MINI COOPER with care and punctuality. I specifically want to thank Dylan Claus for his courteous service, also the beautiful lounge area and coffee and refreshments make your waiting experience very nice. Thanks guys a lot!

My car has been with Mini for over 2 weeks now and no update as of yet. I had to pay for a rental for 8 days until they figured out what was wrong with my car. Once they finally figured it out, it took them a couple days to arrange a Rental from Enterprise. They also stated that they would only be covering the rental for 4 days but my car will take over 2 weeks to be fixed. Everything is covered under warranty but I’m left to pay for the rental bill because you guys cant fix the car in a timely manner, how is that my fault and why should i be paying for the rental? Lastly, iv been calling the dealership for the past 3 days. Iv left 3 messages for someone to call me back and sent 2 emails to the service rep and still have not heard back anything. Not a phone call or email back. Definitely will not be getting a Mini again and will definitely not be purchasing anything from Budds group again. Very disappointed with the overall service from buying the vehicle to it being serviced!

Love my Mini hybrid Rebecca! Overall a good experience with service and staff. A warning about the optional exterior protection packages though. It sounds great in the pamphlet, but fine print manages to exclude most useful claims and staff misrepresented coverage, likely through lack of understanding of the actual product compared to what the sales pamphlet advertises.

Dylan was great! The issue that I had in my car was fixed. He called me and took his time to explain what was causing the issue, so polite too. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their car serviced.

My daughter purchased her first car with Mini Oakville and the experience was excellent. It was a used car that Mini Oakville had received on trade. The car was exactly as presented in the ads and Dylan Trull her Sales Representative was responsive, forthcoming with clear answers on all all her questions and had good communication coordinating the preparation and delivery. After dealing with some other new car dealers for this purchase where they "played games" with extra charges, forced financing or other tactics, this straight forward experience was very refreshing.

Had an awesome experience at this location. Called in regarding a recall service needed on my car and was able to get an appointment booked in for the following day! Dylan did a great job with communicating any issues and recommendations for my case. Very happy and would definitely return here or recommend to anyone.
