★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd Porsche experience, but the first time using the Oakville branch and I couldn't be more impressed - head and shoulders above other experiences.
Matthew and Elena were so helpful during the process and while it was a bumpy one (not on Porsche, but with my trade in) they were amazing. From the advice and consultation with Bryce to the final delivery with Leo (who showed me things I didn't know were on my original Porsche) I've been very impressed.
Down to earth, helpful staff who care about the brand, the experience and most importantly the client. High marks for this group and the Policaro Porsche store.

Anthony was assisting me, he is professional and patient. He made the purchase process very smooth, and made me feel confident of buying a car without even test drive.
After I receive the car, I am very satisfied with it. It’s detailed and delivered in good condition.

Hope I will come back and buy a 911 in a couple years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Harris Theodore (salesman) and Alex Grenci (Porsche Pro). They were both great. Harris was very patient with me and allowed me to test drive a few different model. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the various models and was able to offer me some great advice. Harris was good about checking in during the manufacturing and shipping process to keep me informed on the expected delivery date. Alex made sure the entire pick up process went smoothly and spent the time walking through all the features of the vehicle. Thank you both!

Policaro - 991.2 S. It’s amazing. Moreover, all the staff were even more amazing! Attentive. Knowledgeable. Personable. Courteous. If only every experience could be like this. And it wasn’t after I signed on the dotted line, so to speak. It was amazing from the moment I walked into the dealership to learn more about 911’s and it continues now even after the car has been picked up.
Kudos to everyone who made and continues to make my experience amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only Porsche dealership that I've gone to in Ontario where I receive absolutely no acknowledgement (hello, goodbye, how can I help you, etc) However, I do receive a few dirty looks here and there.
I planned on buying my first Porsche from there and receive no help. I decided to drive to Porsche London instead to buy one. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the front doors.
I really hope that this review will hopefully change the attitude of this dealership. Porsche is a very good brand but the culture at this dealership isn't parallel with it.
Despite my numerous negative experiences at Porsche Oakville, the parts desk employees are very pleasant & knowledgeable.

No detail or concern was too small, they really went all out to have my dream car built and delivered, even during a pandemic and with the chip shortages! I can't say enough about Porsche as a company or Porsche Centre Oakville as a Porsche dealer! Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give a special shout-out to Steven Noh at Porsche Center Oakville. He helped me get into my first Porsche. It was a 3 years journey with lots of ups and downs due to the pandemic and me changing my mind (many times) about the purchase. Steven was so patience through-out the process. He helped answered all my questions and addressed every concerns. Everyone's at the dealership was professional and pleasant to deal with throughout this journey.
When the delivery date arrived, Prosche services manager (Lynn Li) and Porsche Pro team (Alex Grenci) went out of their way to make sure everything was in order. Wow, what an amazing customer service experience. Kudos to you all!
I'd highly recommend Porsche Centre Oakville if you are considering a purchase, talk to Steven! And ignore any negative PR in comments; Porsche Center Oakville team is amazing!
