I asked on the phone if I could come see the vehicle and test drive, the dealer gave me a time and I was there. When I arrived I was not able to test drive only look at it which was the same as looking at the pictures online. In addition he kept commenting about how he was busy and how many people waste his time. I was a serious buyer and only showed up to ask questions and test drive so I can make an informed decision. Not to be told I can't test a car I would be paying thousands for and that he's very busy. At least let the customers know before hand so we are not wasting our time with someone who doesn't care for our business. Very unprofessional!
R	Roy Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had scheduled an appointment today for 4pm to see a white Honda Civic that was advertised. When I arrived, the salesman was with a couple closing the deal on that car. I was so upset that he wasted my time coming from the other end of Mississauga during rush hour traffic and didnt have the courtesy to call me let know. His excuse was that the couple had an apt for 5pm but they arrived early!?? Absolutely inexcuseable, unprofessional, and unethical business practice. When I went back to see the Civic on the website, he raised the price 1k within 24hrs! The man is a crook! I should have done my proper research before wasting my time based on the terrible reviews people have written. When you think of a sleazy, used car salesman, Allan depicts that image. If I could give it a zero star rating I would, but unfortunately "1" is the lowest I can give.

Allen got the finance done in less than an hour on a very promising rate. Vehicle had some minor issues and Allen took personal interest in resolving them. Overall a very satisfying experience. Very professional and upfront guy. Absolutely will be returning for future buys. 100% recommending to friends and family.

I visited three dealerships earlier in the month, but I had a bad experience with those dealerships because they were trying to hide the defects in the cars and charging extra unnecessary fees. In the meantime, I saw an ad in Facebook marketplace for a 2018 RAV4 XLE that Royalty Enterprises was selling, and the price was encouraging. When I called this dealership, he was very helpful in explaining all the details about the car. In my drive test, the car was better than how he described it to me, and the seller did not hide anything related to its condition, then when I discussed the money part with him, he was very helpful and reduced the price reasonably for me. I was able to pick up the car the next day after he completed the paperwork efficiently and got the approval quickly. I drove it home, and it is a very nice, good car, and everyone in the family is pleased with it. I had a great buying experience with Royalty Enterprises, and I highly recommend him to anyone in search of an honest and reputable used car dealer.
