β β β β β We went to end our lease early and move into a new one, and although we live out of town the reviews for Budd's brought us into Oakville. We were lucky enough to meet Joseph and get his help to us into our new car. It's a crazy time to walk into a car showroom with almost no cars, but Joseph navigated through the limited available options. Instead of waiting months for a car, he was able to get us one in days. And he got us a great deal on winter tires too!

β β β β β Absolutely wonderful experience at Budds Mazda, especially compared to what I was dealing with at the used car dealership service centre that I bought my Mazda from. Nothing but headaches and incompetent technicians who couldnβt figure out why my brakes were making clicking noises! The technicians at this dealership where able to figure it out right away and give me some options. Will 100% be taking my car here from now on. Very friendly and competent service! Couldnβt ask for more.

I went to several different dealerships and felt like I wasn't given the time or attention I deserved, especially in this competitive market. But Mike was absolutely wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door. He answered all my questions honestly, provided me with regular updates on the status of my vehicle, and was genuinely very pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. As a first time car buyer, I felt valued and my concerns were validated. So happy with my CX-30 and the service. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Mazdas are wonderful cars and their quality is matched by the service team at Budd's Mazda. Always appreciate the service manager's, Katie's, personal touch. Would not hesitate to recommend.

β β β β β First, let me say what a challenge purchasing a new vehicle during these times is. The limited availability for most companies is brutal. My partner (heβs the real car guy) and I test drove many vehicles over the span of several days. Much research went into the process, but eventually we settled on wanting to focus on the Mazda cx-30.
We went to one dealership where they had the vehicle but not the βturboβ version. We took it for a test drive to confirm that we liked the handling etc. When discussing a purchase or lease option with the sales person, the conversation from the rep went from indifference to almost aggressive in the sales tactics. While we are easygoing people, we did not appreciate their βprocessβ so we left.
As we were still very interested in the vehicle, we decided to travel a little further and go to Buddβs Mazda and made and appointment with Sean. Though they didnβt have the exact vehicle they did have one with the same turbo motor so we took that βfor a spinβ. Loved it. Sean was a great person to deal with; honest, no pressure, some random βdadβ jokes thrown in, and willing to work on the best deal for our needs. We did have to wait almost a month for the vehicle to come, but it arrived and is an amazing ride. So happy with the car and the service.

β β β β β Sean and Mohammad were very helpful throughout the entire procedure of buying my first ever car. They were very transparent about when the car would arrive and it was very prompt the delivery. I would recommend anyone buying a car to go through Sean, he gave me his personal number and was in constant communication until I had the keys in hand. The service I received was crucial in making the decision for a purchase.
