★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiran is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was wonderful in helping me determine what I would need and offered to hold 1 smaller unit until the day I move in incase I need more space. Units are spotless and in excellent condition and their security is incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with the level of customer service that the staff at the Oakville location showed me. I was away when the unit came up, they constantly contacted me to ensure I wanted it and followed up as soon as I got home. Their service was very professional!
I have had many storage units over the years, included a few very close by to this one and this is by far the best service and quality I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend them over any other provided in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had items stored here for several years and it was an easy thing to do. Staff were always helpful when I asked. The facility is clean, well kept and well lit. It always looked like it was being looked after and there was never a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone working here is professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with from Kiran who took my reservation to the manager Anne-Marie to Jen who showed me around and signed me up. The storage units and loading areas are clean and secure. Even though I move in the middle of the month, they were happy to prorate my monthly payment and set up was a breeze. If you're looking for storage in the area, this Public Storage is absolutely worth it.

Staff is amazing, the place is extremely clean and organized. Even when you forget the payment they call you to remember to avoid to charge you a late fee.
