Lucky 13

READ ME; I spent $4500 on an old BMW 323 here, the car was low mileage and seemed all good until the process was near completed. The man gave me a lower price and then said for tax reasons he would write the car was a previous ‘total loss’ in Quebec to not raise any questions. As it turns out, it was a write off car. After buying it, it immediately started overheating, the water pump and thermostat went right away, I was back 3 times for this issue before it was fixed, from the point of driving the car and onward the bushings in the rear were completely gone, shocks were shot i don’t know how they sold this to me “safetied”. I called, I asked who did their safeties, because I was disappointed. They ignored my question. Within 1000km the transmission ended up throwing out 1, and 3rd gear. I brought it back and was shook off as if it wasn’t their problem. I had just bought this car, it fell apart from the second I bought it. I should have known when I brought it back the first time and there was 50 totalled cars in the back being used for parts or being rebuilt. Edit: the windows stopped working in the rear, the radio had no lights capable of turning on, the HEADLIGHT harness had burnt up and went out, no replacing a bulb there. This is all immediately after buying, I sold it, lost some money. It was junk, it’s all junk. Do NOT buy here. They buy destroyed cars at auction and rebuild them with even more destroyed cars to sell you the “luxury” car you’re looking for.

My wife and I very pleased with my interaction with Lucky 13 from start to finish. The value is unbeatable. We came in with a budget and he worked the numbers with us, and even with the additional conditions we had (e.g. new tires, fixing some minor cosmetic issues, etc) Pawel did not change the agreed upon price. He even gave us an extended warranty for peace of mind at no extra charge. We got the car on the day he promised and he addressed all the preconditions. I understand that i purchased a 17 year old car and issues may arise in the future, but I am confident that Lucky 13 will honour the warranty that they have given me. I would recommend to friends and family.

Found a car, fell in love with it on the first test drive. Buying a high quality car from a mechanic and body shop put my mind at ease, but doing business with Kris was an absolute pleasure. Upfront and honest, but truly a good man through and through. The transaction was smooth and professionally done. I bought an awesome car for a fair price. Highly recommended, will do business again.
