Bought a used car from them last year. Was having an issue with the heated seat. They were able to quickly track down and order a new one for me on warranty. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Me and my partner recently bought our 2016 Landrover Discovery from Oakville Mitsubishi. We have previously had very bad experiences with buying cars from dealers and have been extremely let down. This dealership was so friendly and understanding right from the beginning. They also do a fantastic job advocating on behalf of their clients. I am not the “ideal” client as I had poor credit history in the past and have taken the necessary steps to rebuild - but these things take time. I was transparent with my situation as I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and I needed a new vehicle but didn’t want to waste anymore dealerships time. The staff at this dealership were very understanding and inviting for me to come in and meet with Shawn to see what can be done for me. Honestly, I’ve been dreading coming to another dealership to apply as I’ve been quoted interest rates that were too high, or have been turned down, required a cosigner etc. Shawn took the time to listen to my requests; no cosigner (as I want to do this on my own), no crazy high interest rate, and no huge down payment. Shawn got my application approved within a day after hours spent negotiating on my behalf to get me qualified for a larger loan with a better interest rate and no cosigner. I got the vehicle I wanted, a decent interest rate, a good compensation for my trade in, and he kept me in the loop the whole day through each process! Approval, paperwork and arrangements for vehicle pick up were absolutely seamless and pain free unlike my experience at other dealerships! What an experience! Due to mechanical issues I've ended without a vehicle in the most difficult car market that ever existed. Visited multiple dealerships and was faced with very difficult information. Example, for new Toyota Rav 4 wait time 11 months or used ones being same or even higher price than new ones. Running around with no good options for a decision I've ended in Mitsubishi Oakville. I was immediately welcomed and sat down with the team. Told them my story and my needs. They immediately understood my needs and compassionately acknowledged the difficulty we were facing. Within an hour, they had multiple offers for me, out of which, one was a perfect match, both the car (entire package) and the price. I've deposited resources immediately and believe it or not I got the car in 4 business days. Paperwork was ready and super easy, the finance team was efficient and super effective, they all worked like one person. Very organized and easygoing.
