Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. On last service experience, only improvement would have been if loaner car was available whilst my vehicle was being serviced (so I wouldn’t have had to change my plans).

He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and provided all the information and advice we needed to make our final decision. At the time of our visit, we didn't see anything that was what we were looking for, but the sales person paid attention to the features we wanted and informed us of a vehicle just coming off lease that was not yet in the dealership, but might be something we'd consider. The sales person followed up the next day to notify us that the vehicle he's described had arrived at the dealership and we made arrangements for a test drive. It was a 2019 Outback and the test drive convinced us it was the car for us so we bought it straight away. Love it!!

In particular, I want to single out Will Hooper, who is without a doubt the best car salesman i have dealt with. Both Will and his Manager worked hard to get me a car on time despite Covid supply chain problems. They were a pleasure to negotiate with.
S	Sandra Partrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in for an oil change and Kersten after communicating with the mechanics advised me that I had a problem with the brake job that was incorrectly done the last time I had it done elsewhere. it was recommended that I replace the brakes and do some other suspension work or steering work that needs to be corrected. The car runs much better now that sounds and feels normal and I’m happy with the work that was performed on the vehicle. Kirsten was able to provide me with owner vehicle while my car was worked on. This helped me to maintain other commitments I had. Thank your Kirsten.
