Follow up regarding details of my experience with Budds exterior protection package and staff. I purchased the exterior protection package based on good faith of transparency. In the meeting with the sales staff I remarked that "the package seemed to be a good value because it included a replacement windshield". The sales lady agreed. To my disappointment when I did end up with a crack in my windshield I was informed that despite what the pamphlet said and what the salesperson said, there was an asterisk and some fine print that said the windshield was in fact not included. Next I brought my car in for some scrapes and very small dent in a fender for repair. They said "lets try buffing them out because you have a $2000 maximum claim and you don't want to use it all up in case there is more damage in the future". I agreed to try it, but the result was a minor improvement in the scratches only and the dent was pretty obvious. The final time I brought my car in for a deep scratch that occurred on my farm and wanted it repaired along with the previous scratch and dent. This time my car sat there for 7 days before being told that the exterior protection was only good for damage that wasn't my own mistake and that none of it was to be covered. Doubtless this was in the policy's fine print along with the windshield exclusion. And yes, its just the typical money making insurance game, so I am the one that was naive for not reading through the entire contract before signing on. I just expected that exterior protection was protection and not based on whether I made the mistake or someone else. Although my experience with my car and the service has otherwise been good I really feel let down and played in respect to this coverage offered by the dealership. I would not recommend purchasing it.

I bought the used BMW in mid May they told me a day to pick up my car and I showed up on that day the car was not in the condition as I was expecting but still my sales person told me that he didn't see that the car was in that condition but he apologise and told me that he will take care of that and again they asked me to drop back and they will arrange the ride for me, as discussed. I dropped my car on Monday for some touch ups and to be puffedΒ  got a text and calls its ready for pickup, the car was a real mess from inside and outside looking to some kind of scrap car , it took me 10 mins just to clean my seat and leave their place and still the backs seats are dirty and my Matt covers are not their in my car they were supposed to look before they give the keys. And the repairs have not been done yet its still in the same condition. Was not expecting the kijiji type of service from the showroom Thank you

I had a low coolant situation and Budd's BMW handle it perfectly. From making arrangements with road assistance to pick up the car, all the way up to troubleshooting and fix it in no time, at zero cost due to a recall on the cooling system. A perfect experience!

Went directly to the Budds parts counter to buy a genuine BMW light for my out of warranty BMW X1, provided the counter staff with a picture of my dead light plus my full VIN number. Get home to install my light and much to my surprise, I have the wrong part. Come on guys, have a bit of respect for the time of your clients!! If you don't enjoy providing proper service or selling parts to your out of warranty customers, just say so. I wont waste my time or yours. PS-> In the response to my review the owner states -"we are unsure how else we could have assisted you given the information you provided to us" 1. I showed the parts desk person a picture of my working head-light and the non-working one. 2. I provided my full VIN. 3. My vehicle was parked outside. Not sure what else a customer can do to get the proper part.

Popped a tire while driving at night. Was in the process of getting my tires changed at an independent shop but realized the previous owner of my car lost the key to my wheel locks. Called this dealership asking if they would be able to remove the locks for me. The person on the phone said they would be able to do it and it would be free of charge. Drove 20 minutes on a flat tire just for them to say they wouldn't be able to do it there. I would have to either book an appointment, or leave the car and they would get to it when they can. Also the charge would start at almost $200 and could increase depending on how long it takes them... TO REMOVE A WHEEL LOCK OFF A TIRE!! Many shops don't even charge this to swap your tire set! After being informed on the phone that I could come in and they would remove the locks for me when I got there for free, this was the experience they gave me. They said the only other option is that I would have to order the key. Turns out, this key could be ordered off Amazon for cheaper. Something they didn't mention till I searched it up in front of them. This along with the looks I received from certain staff members as if I wasn't meant to be there - whether based on my looks or age - really left very upset. Ended up ordering the part I needed from a different dealership even though the drive is further, just so I wouldn't have to experience this again.

Coming out of province, I was purchasing an F10 from a private and she helped me through the selection by providing peice of mind with the details pre-purchase Certified inspection. I truly enjoyed working with her and was impressed by the fully documented analysis. With their customer focus and quality service, I would make Budd's BMW my reference dealer in the GTA. We recently purchased a BMW X4 from this dealership. Hadi was our sales rep and he was excellent. He went out of his way to explain different packages in detail and wasn't pushy at all. He followed up with us and got the vehicle we wanted. I cannot recommend him enough and will be back for another purchase soon.
